Shear testing fixture

Shear Impact Testing

Fixture built to test the ability of hose to withstand shearing of 2″ steel plate dropped from 4′.

Crush test of 2x4 HIHTL sample

Static Crush Testing

Crush test of 2″ x 4″ HIHTL sample. Coupons subsequently passed "proof pressure testing."

Crane outrigger crush test

Crane Outrigger Crush Testing

Testing of HIHTL sample to withstand being crushed by crane outrigger. Hose samples subsequently passed hydro-test.

Truck runover test

Vehicle Runover Testing

Testing of HIHTL sample to withstand being run over by truck. Hose samples subsequently passed hydro-test.

Burst test example
